My first ever vegan beetroot & black beans brownies brought some serious healthy, protein-packed and nutrient-full vibes to my Easter !

I used a banana instead of dates for extra sweetness, no jam, no flour nor chocolate chips, but I added two tbs soaked flaxseeds to hold the mixture better ( "vegan egg" ) . My extras were: chocolate topping made from coconut oil and cocoa powder, walnuts, berries and bee polen for even more nutrients & energy !
P.S. No I haven't eaten the flowers ! haha
